Wow, where is this week going? I can’t believe it is already Tuesday afternoon! I feel like the older I get, the faster time goes. Does anyone else feel this way?

I love how simple and delicious this smoothie is!
Lets take a look at why we should be eating these fruits:
Bananas are a god source of Fiber, Vitamin C, Potassium and Manganese and a great source of Vitamin B6.
Oranges are a good source of Thiamin, Folate and Potassium and a great source of Fiber and Vitamin C.
Pineapple is a good source of Fiber, Thiamin, Vitamin B6 and Copper and a great source of Vitamin C and Manganese.

Today has been a really busy day. I started my day bright and early at 4:45am. I woke up to feed the baby and then couldn’t go back to sleep.
I had something on my mind…
The Breville Sous Chef Food Processor. I have been looking around for a while now and was set on getting the Magimix until I saw the Sous Chef a few weeks ago. I decided on this one since it’s ranked number 1 on Consumer Reports, plus it has a French fry slicing disk! UPS delivered this bad boy last night and I was so excited to start using it as I’ve been wanting one for a while now!
I tested it out a bit this morning and had fun slicing cucumbers and shredding cheese. I can’t wait to make some hummus tomorrow! I’ll do a full product review once I’ve had it for a while and have been able to really test it out!
But, so far I’m in <3! ![]()

The rest of my day is going to be finishing up housework, working on the new blog and then getting in my 45 minutes of cardio this afternoon/evening whenever the baby decides to nap.
