We’ve hit the twenties! 

Cameryn is now starting to try and crawl. Actually she’s been doing this for weeks, but I’m just remembering to jot it down!  She scoots her little butt high in the air and then pushes her feet into the ground to propel herself forward just a few inches.  It is so cute and sweet!  Sometimes she tries and doesn’t go anywhere…

She is now taking her morning nap (or part of it) in her crib in her bedroom.  I sit in there with her and get some work done or fold laundry while she sleeps.  She loves spying on me from the crib and kicking her feet up against the rails.  She also squirms all over the place in there.  She usually rotates 180 degrees from where I originally had placed her.

She is really sticking with her sleep schedule and getting tired on cue.    She goes down to bed around 7:15-7:30ish.  I rock her, nurse her, we listen to a little music and I try to read her a book.  Lately she hasn’t been into book time and either wants to nurse (I think out of habit, not hunger) or she wants to eat the book.

She is teething big time.  Her cheeks are constantly red and she is putting everything and I mean everything in her mount, like the books I mentioned above.  Also new is trying to stuff blankets and her clothing into her mouth.

My little girl is no longer a little girl!  She is a chubby little angel!  That just means there’s bigger cheeks for mommy to kiss!

Cameryn is also so alert and watching her react to and discover things is so much fun.  I could just watch her for hours as she looks around seeing things for the first time.  I also love when daddy comes up behind her and says something and she immediately turns quickly to see him!
