Workout Summary

Good morning loves!  I hope everyone had a good night!  The Husband and I got up early and headed into the gym.  I did an easy 45 minutes on the arc trainer and a few minutes of core work while waiting for the Husband to finish up his workout.  Here are my stats from the am workout:

  • Time:  00:47:18
  • Calories:  450 (25% fat)
  • Max Heart Rate:  184 (95% max)
  • Average Heart Rate:  171 (89% max)

Overall it was a good workout.  I love running workouts so much more though.  I had to stick with the arc trainer since my hip started hurting after my running intervals yesterday. 

One Month Countdown Until Mexico!

There is exactly one month before we leave for our honeymoon to Mexico!  I thought I’d post this picture from a prior Mexican vacation in honor of the one month countdown!

Now onto Morning Meditation

I started doing morning meditation only a few days ago on my blog because I think it is important to have intentions for each day.  I also believe writing down things I am thankful for and want to accomplish for the day makes me a happier person overall!  : )

Motivation for the day:  Be as productive at work today as I can be.  I have a lot to get done in a short period of time.

Three things I am thankful for today:  1.  My awesome clients who always come to their workouts ready to kick butt!  2.  Coffee (its tasting especially good for some reason today)  3.  My beautiful niece, who I just love and adore!

Weekend Plans and Breakfast

I am so happy its Thursday today.  I can’t wait for the weekend to be here!  I have so much fall cleaning I want to get done.  My major task will be cleaning out my closet and getting rid of all my old clothes I think I might wear at some point, but haven’t worn for years!  Cleaning out the closet is a big task, but I always feel renewed when its over!  I also can’t wait to get into the kitchen and bake some fall goodies!  I want to make some pumpkin bread, apple crisp and maybe some roasted vegetable soup!  I can’t wait to post the recipes and share with you how they turned out!

Breakfast:  Peanut Butter Toast & 1 cup of black coffee.  Also, flax, chia and cranberry concoction.
