Monday Afternoon

Hey everyone!  I just realized I forgot to mention that last night we snacked on mozzarella cheese sticks with roasted garlic tomato sauce.  I also had a glass of red wine.  I know, I know not the healthiest dinner, but I made up for it today by choosing my food wisely and eating a little bit less.

For lunch today I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup and 1/2 a nitrate free turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato.

While I was out running errands today, I found some fall treats at Target I had to get to fill our pumpkin treat dishes

I found fall color peanut M&Ms (the Husbands favorite)

I also found Pumpkin Spice Hershey Kisses (the Husband is also a huge fan of these)

The pregame for Monday Night Football just came on and I think we are going to have a pretty chill night.  We are making fajitas for dinner.  I am so pumped because I love fajitas.  I like to use green bell peppers, yellow onion, jicama, mushrooms and avocado.  I can’t wait, there going to be so good!
