Hey guys! I have been swamped at work and then forgot my camera at home, so I’ll post pictures later!
This morning for breakfast I had PB toast, 1 cup of black coffee and a flax and chia seed drink.
Breakfast makes me happy!
We didn’t make it to the gym today (3rd day in a row- that never happens) we decided we wanted to sleep after staying up late watching football. I am planning on going for a long walk after dinner tonight and enjoy the beautiful evening outdoors.
For lunch today I ran home and made the Husband and I a salad and pita sandwich. In the salad we had cherry tomatoes, walnuts, feta cheese and salad. The pitas were Ezekiel 4:9 pitas, natural nitrate free turkey breast, red onion and lettuce. With all the vegetables, I got super full from lunch!
We only have 25 days until Mexico! I can’t believe it! Where does time go? I really need to step up my workouts as 25 days is not a lot of time. Between the Husband’s parents coming into town to visit, my mom coming into town to visit (she gets here on Thursday- yay!), the Husband’s 29th birthday and Halloween, our schedule before Mexico is going to be crazy! I love schedule and routine and I think I actually thrive off of it. I just need to keep visioning myself in a bikini on the beach, that’s all the motivation I need! Let the 25 day countdown begin!
