Good morning! How is everyone doing today? I had a great workout in the gym this morning. I did intervals in the new shoes (which I think I love, I need to give them a few more runs), and circuits for strength. I really noticed the improvements in my body and muscles this morning as I was lifting during circuits. I am a lot stronger then when I started circuits just a few weeks ago. I noticed I went up on weights for a lot of the exercises- the weights I first started with were way to easy! : ) Here are my stats from this AM’s workout:

- Calories: 545 (35% fat)
- Max Heart Rate: 190bpm (98% max)
- Average Heart Rate: 158bpm (82% max)

I can’t wait to get my massage done this afternoon. The massage usually lasts an hour, and the lady who does it, primarily concentrates on my neck and hips. During the hour, we usually cup areas of the back, hips and neck that have pain. It’s amazing how quickly you bruise from them. I’ll post more on cupping and try and upload a few pictures of the aftermath on the website.
Breakfast was the usual. Hot lemon water, black coffee and a slice of PB toast.
