Halloween Weekend Update in a Nutshell

31 Oct

Hey guys,  Happy Halloween!  This weekend is turning out to be way busier then I expected it to be.  Since we leave next weekend for vacation, I am trying to get all the loose ends tied up before we leave.  Here is a picture tour of my weekend thus far!

Friday-  After working out, I went to work on making Shrimp Lettuce Wraps for Friday’s girls night appetizer

They did not turn out!  I didn’t even bring them to my friends house.  The Husband and I each tried one, and we didn’t care for them.  I decided I wouldn’t bring something over for the girls to eat, that I wouldn’t even touch!

Saturday-  Workout, errands, Salad for lunch, Salad for Dinner.

Lunch with a side of organic raspberries

Dinner- no apples this time

Sunday- Breakfast, Pumpkin carving, and lunch

I also had an organic gala apple

Lunch- Flank Steak with Greek yogurt sour cream

What are you doing on this beautiful Halloween?  What are you dressing up as this year?  We are hanging out at home, watching football and getting house work done.  The Husband and I aren’t dressing up this year.

It was a good weekend! I usually love lettuce wraps too, but those were by far the most awful wraps ever! : )
