Tonight for dinner we had the most lazy meal I made all year.
reheated Sautéed chicken breast, with store bought homemade pesto sprinkled with packaged freshly grated parmigiano reggiano.
Don’t let this image fool you, this is a little salad plate. We were sharing this plate because the small portion reminded us more of an appetizer than dinner.
With out meal we had cranberry juice although, I really wanted a glass of this.
Since I indulged in peppermint bark after our late lunch today, I decided I had enough sugar in my body for the day and should skip this bottle of appealing wine. Remember you have to pick and choose what you really want. You can have anything you want, but not all in one day. Plus I don’t really like drinking during the week especially when we have a big day planned for tomorrow.
After we ate dinner in record time (2 minutes), the Husband was still hungry and had to make a protein shake. I felt like a bad wife, luckily it lasted for only a minute.

It’s time for more cranberry water then I’m headed off to bed! We have a full day CRP/AED/First Aid class to go to tomorrow with all our gym trainers. I’m not really looking forward to it, but at least I get to spend the day with the H…all day!
