My Daily Recap

I’m so happy it’s the weekend and I can’t believe it is already 3pm!  Where does time go some days? 

I started my day by hitting the gym first thing.  I was going to run today, but instead I did 15 minutes on the treadmill to warm up and then lifted weights.  It felt amazing.  We have to leave the gym at 6:30am on the dot, so I could make it home, shower, type up my clients workouts for the day, eat breakfast and drink coffee all before I needed to be back at the gym by 7:45 to train my 8:00am client.  Before I knew it, it was 10am and my 2 client sessions were over.  I packed up my bags and headed home.  While waiting for the Husband to get home, I decided to run errands.  I had to pick up bird seed first.  There are so many birds in our yard and it breaks my heart watching them look for food.  We ran out of bird feed about 2 months ago and they keep coming back looking for more.  After I picked up a monster bag for them, I was off to the dry cleaners, the grocery store and then to pick up lunch.  Since our pizza got ruined with a hair (not from our heads), I decided to pick up a thin crust pizza from a local place.  I didn’t think to take a pic of the pizza, because I was too busy getting pulling up The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on DVR.  Loved the new episode!  If anyone watched it, you’ll know what I’m talking about, what was up with that Allison Dubois woman?  The husband thought she was so funny and wants her to start starring in the series.  I don’t think I’ll ever look at the show Medium again.  She seemed like such a nut case sitting there smoking her fake cigarette!  After watching the show, we headed to the post office to mail out our Christmas packages!  Can you say BUSY!  It took forever, but I’m glad it’s done.  We used the automated machine and probably saved a good 30-45 minutes by using it to buy our postage.  After the post office we had to stop at Walgreens to pick up a new memory card for the camera.  When we got home, the Husband had to run to get his tires checked for air before we head out tomorrow.  I’m sitting at home waiting for a man to fix a few things around the house.

 We don’t have any fun and exciting plans for this afternoon or tonight since we need to get up early to drive to see the puppy tomorrow morning.  Low key nights are my favorite!  I think it’s wine time!

The eats for the day:  Breakfast- PB toast and 1 cup of black coffee.  AM snack- banana and strawberry chobani.  Lunch- pizza.  PM snack- probably nothing since I’m still full and its 3pm.  Dinner- We were planning on making stir fry since we have some vegetables I want to use up. 

Question:  Do you believe in psychics or ghosts?  Have you ever had a psychic reading done before?  I believe in both, but am to chicken to get a psychic reading done.

    I love the Real Housewives BH season! So good!

    I do believe in Psychics. My favorite author is Sylvia Browne, who is a psychic. I’ve had one reading done, about 11 years ago. She predicted a lot! I’d love to get another one.

    Busy day!! I always love seeing peoples dedication to workouts. The fact that you get up so early to squeeze in your “me” time is just fantastic to me. I really hope one day I will be able to do that. I am an early riser anyway, so I am trying to adapt that habit but for some reason my body doesnt work well in the mornings!!

    Um that allison lady that was on the episode was seriously crazy…like she actually said “i know how and when she’s (kyle) going to die and what is going to happen to her family, and I love that about me”…seriously? what a freak.

    I don’t know about the western psychics, but fortune-telling is a big part of the Korean culture. It can be really disconcerting, though.
