Hey guys! Man, it seems like I haven’t posted in FOREVER! And well, it has almost been a week. As you can see, I wasn’t able to slow my life down last week, but plan on doing it this week!
We didn’t do anything special over the weekend, spent most of it watching football and playing with the puppy. : )
The only place we went over the weekend was Firehouse Kitchen for an appetizer and cocktail on Saturday afternoon.
I had a glass of cab while the Husband enjoyed a Guinness. We also split an order of the best calamari (not shown)!
Cheers!
Since I didn’t clean or do laundry over the weekend, after work today, I have my chores cut out for me. Did I mention, I didn’t even do my weekly grocery shop? I’m thinking before lunch, I can run out and grab just the essentials to keep us from going hungry for the next few days (bananas, apples, lettuce, spinach, peanut butter, eggs, organic free range chicken breast).
I am bored with my workouts, so I’m going to try and put together a new workout calendar from now until the end of February. We have a bunch of visitors coming the end of February along with my birthday so I need to plan out the workouts so I don’t end up skipping some of them. I was also running about 3-4 days a week, and all but need to stop for now. I thought my hip would get better, but unfortunately, it is only getting worse (to the point it hurts to walk some days). For those who have been following along with my blog, know I’m planning on running the Sedona 1/2 marathon in mid February, and depending on my hip, I might not be able to run it. I’m not to upset that I more then likely wont be able to run it because in May, Prescott is having a marathon and I can always run the 1/2 (even if it is suppose to be one of the hardest marathons to run in the United States)! I am more upset with my body for letting me down and not performing up to the standards I’m used too.
I’ll post the new workouts later today!
Now onto the Quincy picture of the day x2! Quincy had been sick and when we brought him to the vet last week, they said he has a parasite! Poor puppy, he now is on 3 meds a day but should be healthy in no time!
Okay, that is all I have for now! I can’t wait to catch up on everyone’s blogs! Have a happy and great Monday! : )
Looks like you have been a busy girl! You and the hubby are beautiful together 🙂 Poor quincy! Hope he gets better soon!

Me too! I think he is already starting to get better!
When we got our dog last year, I was suddenly busier than I’d ever been. Dogs are like children I swear!
I think they are harder then babies sometimes!

Looking forward to the new workouts. I’m in need of some inspiration. Hope you have a good Monday!

Such a bummer about your hip – an injury SUCKS no matter how it happens and can be so frustrating to recover from. Hang in there!
