First thing this morning I was at the gym. Here is what my workout looked like: 20 minutes intervals on the treadmill. One minute at a speed of 4 followed by a minute of running at 8.2. Yeah, I’m stubborn. If you read my blog yesterday, I posted that I need to take a break from running to heal my hurt hip. Well, that lasted one day….I just had to run intervals. Needless to say, my hip hurts. After 20 minutes on the treadmill, I did weights. I think I learned my lesson once and for all.

- One Arm Bench Rows
- Back Extension
- Bicep Curls
- Chest Press
- Triceps Pull Downs
- Triceps French Press
Once home, the Husband made me a tortilla with 2 eggs, shredded cheese and salsa for breakfast. I also had 1/2 cup of black coffee.
I have a busy day planned and know Tuesday is going to fly!

I have a big project to tackle at work along with training a few clients. I hope to start and finish my project today. It will feel so great once it’s done!
