New Workout Routine

Like I promised, here is my new workout routine.  I’m still playing around with my new strength workouts, but will post them on here once they are ready.  They will be circuits, and I want to include some new and exciting exercises that target all my major muscle groups. 

Non Gym Workouts

Sunday: Hot Barkan Yoga

Monday: 15 Minutes Elliptical

Tuesday: Pilates

Wednesday: 15 Minutes Elliptical

Thursday: Pilates

Friday: Hot Barkan Yoga

Saturday: Abs

5 Day Gym Rotation

Day 1: 45-60 Minutes Cardio

Day 2: 45-60 Minutes Cardio

Day 3: 20 Minutes Intervals and Strength (circuits)

Day 4: 45-60 Minutes Cardio

Day 5: 20 Minutes Intervals and Strength (circuits)

 

Since I have a goal set for Mid March, I am including some after work at home exercises as well.  By adding just another 15 minutes of cardio at the end of the day will raise my metabolism and let my body burn more calories while at rest.

    I haven’t been the best exercise doobie lately. Need to get back on track this week.
