Dinner last night was Chinese. Tonight will be a salad to keep our meals balanced. : ) We also watched Inception. I loved that movie! A little hard to follow at times, but if you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend it!

I’ve had a few people ask how my PB is so creamy and I thought I’d share what kind we buy. We like buying Kirkland (Costco Brand) Organic Peanut Butter. It comes in a two pack. I’ve been know to be a PB snob and I LOVE this one!

I’ve got to run home to let the puppy out and eat lunch, but will be back later with lunch eats and I’ll be posting my 2 new strength workouts I’ll be doing on days 2 and 5 of my new fitness plan!
I haven’t had Chinese in far too long–I usually just eat all the seafood stuff 🙂 And I agree, Inception is a must-see!
I could eat Chinese at least once a week for my splurge meal! I just love it and enjoy it so much!
