This day has flown by.  Before I knew it, it was noon and time to train my client.  After that, the Husband and I ran errands everywhere.  We couldn’t find some stuff we needed so it ended up taking a lot longer than we planned.  No biggie though!  : )  Since we are back at home now, its time to get down to business with some light cleaning, laundry then make dinner.  I’m in the mood to catch up watching The Biggest Loser, but don’t know if I could sit for that long.

Question:  Is anyone else watching The Biggest Loser this year?

I’ve never tried the gingerbread Larabar. Sounds delicious.

I used to watch the Biggest Loser, but it started to annoy me a little bit so I stopped.

I’m watching BL. There is certainly more drama then any other year no?

I agree! I’m not sure how I feel about the new trainers yet. I’m a creature of habit so it may take a while for me to come around!

Who was that? I didn’t read that article! I know they work out like crazy, I think around 8 hours a day and probably the only thing they think about is the caloires in their food, so I can see how that could happen.
