Stormy Wednesday

Hey guys!  I have an update for you all on my life since I’ve hardly been blogging lately!  I’m still on the same exercise plan as I was before

  • 2 days cardio 45 minutes +
  • 2 days intervals 20 minutes
  • 4 days strength training
  • core, yoga and pilates at random during the week

Food has been healthy eats and here are some pics of my latest eats!  : )

Monday Night’s Dinner-  Grass Fed Beef Burger with Salad





My Plate



  • Breakfast-  PB Toast on Ezekiel Bread with 1/2 Cup Coffee


  • Am Snack-  Larabar and an Apple
  • Lunch-  Ezekiel Pita with Hummus

Lots of Crushed Red Peppers


  • PM Snack- Pirates Booty
  • Dinner-  Salad with Chicken Breast



  • Breakfast-  Eggs on a Tortilla with Salsa
  • AM Snack-  Apple and Walnuts
  • Lunch-  Chocolate, Banana PB Shake (Put 1 Banana, 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder, 1-2 TBSP PB, 1/2-1cup Vanilla Almond Milk and Crushed Ice.  Blend until smooth)!

Yum, so delicious, filling and healthy!


I’m not sure what we are having for dinner yet.  It is so cold and stormy here today something warm sounds good, but if softball is still on, I’m sure it will be something quick to make like salad again!

Last Wednesday Keith and I had softball and our team lost 3 to 27.  Yes, you read that right, we got slaughtered!!!  We are suppose to have softball again tonight but that depends on the storms.  It is forecasted to thunderstorm on and off all day, which I would love since it hasn’t rained here in months.  Plus, I miss the thunderstorms we used to experience in the Midwest a ton!

Other news, we have about 70 hours of Real Estate classes left until we can take the test to get our license.  That should be fun!  I’m more excited to get access to the MLS more than anything, I can’t wait to check out all the new listings right away!  I’m a big snoop and I sure do love houses!  : )

Question:  Do you have a quick and easy go to meal you make when in a rush?

    That salad looks deliscous. Nomtastic.

    My go to meal is sadly pancakes. They are so quick and easy (for me at least).

    Everything looks so good, love the protein shake. I whip out the canned tuna when I need something asap 😉

    Good luck with your real estate license! Both of my parents have theirs and my dad has a few more classes until his broker’s exam :x!!

    that hummus pita looks SO good..I haven’t made hummus in a few weeks, but guess that means I need to make it again soon 🙂 You eat such great foods…always making me hungry!!! Ha!
