Hey guys! Wow, it has been a while since I last posted! I’m pleased to announce that we finished Real Estate School and softball! I feel like I have my life back again, although I am still getting used to all this extra free time. Keith and I are planning on taking the Real Estate exams in about two weeks and I will feel even more relieved once we both pass! : )
Since my schedule has now gotten almost back to normal, I’m excited to be blogging again and over the next few weeks be able to share all the fun and exciting things that have been going on in our lives!
My morning workout today was 45 minutes on the treadmill alternating between running and walking. I have let the workouts slip the past few weeks, but both Keith and I recommitted to our fitness over the weekend. I did change up my workout plan and am now on a five day per week plan.
New Summer Workout Plan
- Day 1- 45 min or more Cardio
- Day 2- 20 min Intervals and 30 min or more Strength
- Day 3- 45 min or more Cardio and Abs
- Day 4- 20 min Intervals and 30 min or more Strength
- Day 5- 45 min or more Cardio
I also plan on getting yoga in at least once a week but hopefully 2-3 times a week. : )
Now, onto the Wednesday Workout of the Week. I love circuits! I think they blast fat like no other and make the time spent in the gym fly by. I’ve posted one other super circuit in the past, but decided to post another one for you guys all to try out. I created this workout to maximize muscle fatigue and to burn as many calories as you can within the workout, so please try and keep the exercises in their particular order! This will take you about 45-60 minutes to get through depending on it you are going to repeat it 2 or 3 times. I reccommend starting out with two sets of this circuit and then once you are comfortable, up it to three sets and feel the burn and fat melting from you body!

Super Circuit (do each exercise for one minute)
1. Jumping Lunges
2. Chest Press
3. Medicine Ball Wood Chops with Squat
4. Holding Sumo Squats
5. Mountain Climbers
6. Back Extension
7. Incline Shoulder Raise
8. Cable Curls & Triceps Overhead Pull
9. Walking Lunge
10. Butt Kicks
12. Hamstring Ball Curl
13. Plank on Mat
14. Box Jumps on Reebok Steps
15. Shoulder Hand Walk on Reebok Steps
I have had clients do this workout as well as myself and it is a fun one! You will be dripping in sweat before you know it!
