Keith and I had a fun afternoon today and decided randomly to go see Harry Potter. We were thinking of going Saturday morning, but then decided today was the perfect day to see it.
When we got to the movie theatre, we realized that the only show at 2:50pm was 3D. We didn’t know if we wanted to see it in 3D or not because we were afraid we wouldn’t like it. The cashier assured us that if we didn’t enjoy our 3D experience we could leave the movie during the first 30 minutes and get a refund. We were sold.
Keith and I actually really liked the 3D version and LOVED LOVED LOVED the final movie. We both hadn’t read the last book so we had no idea what to expect from the movie. We both agreed it was better than we had imagined!
Now onto the Workout of the Week:
Here is a great circuit workout you can print and bring into the gym. It will take you about 30 minutes to complete and you only need to do two sets of each circuit. I suggest doing anywhere from 2-5 minutes of cardio in between each circuit to blast extra fat, raise you metabolism and burn extra calories.

Eats from the past two days have been random. I really need to get to the store. I have been eating more frozen gummy bears than I would like to admit, but I did limit myself today to only a handful.
