Cameryn: 22 Weeks

Week 22 has been such a fun week!

Day by day Cameryn is getting not only bigger but stronger!  We really need to watch her when she is on the floor now since she is flipping over so much!  When she flips over a few times, she gets moving!  Smile

Cameryn has also begun to push up off her arms into a push up stance.  This is so cute!  She likes raising her heard really high while doing it so she can look all around!

She is such a smart little girl and I can tell she is definitely ready for solids.  She is so curious as to what I’m eating and loves looking in the cup/bowl of my smoothies at lunch!

Her hair looks like it will be blonde or light brown an is becoming a lot thicker.

Her eyes are still as blue as ever.  They are really light blue with a dark blue ring around them.

Cameryn has been enjoying morning walks with us in her stroller and also has been going to the park every Saturday morning where we throw the ball for Quincy.

Cameryn is the most smiley baby ever!  She loves to smile!  I can just look at her and she gives my the biggest grin!

She is now eating about twice overnight and I hope to reduce this to maybe once a night once she is eating solids.

She is still my little fashionista and is still wearing her 6 month clothing.

She also still LOVES music and singing!  She has even started moving her little body to dance along to it!

Hey guys!

I feel like I haven’t blogged in ages!  I didn’t set out to take a mini vacay from the blog but before I knew it, I realized I hadn’t blogged since last Thursday!  Ekkk!

Anyways, I had a great weekend and didn’t want it to end!  Lots of exciting things in the works over here, hence the reason I’ve been overly busy and also a bit distracted!



Last week, I started the week off right, but then didn’t get any workouts in over the weekend.  So, I didn’t make my goal of six, but I did get in four. 

This week, my goal is five workouts, a bit more attainable for a new mom!

Yesterday, I did 45 minutes of cardio.  I felt great afterwards and am planning on heading into the gym this morning before I train a few clients to get my own intervals and strength workout done!

I hope I do better this week than last week!  My body after baby still needs a little more work in the abs.  They don’t look bad by any means, just not where they were.  If I could lose a little more body fat, I would be happy with them!  Smile




My eats from yesterday looked like the following:

  • Breakfast:  coffee, 1/2 Ezekiel wrap with egg, salsa, cheese and spinach
  • AM Snack-  Clif Mojo bar
  • Lunch- Banana berry smoothie
  • PM Snack- 1/4 turkey sandwich with Dijon mustard
  • Dinner- Cottage cheese turkey burger


My eats over the weekend were pretty healthy, we did have pizza on Saturday.  On Friday night for dinner we made Mexican bowls and on Sunday, we made flank steak fajitas!  I swear I love our homemade fajitas more than what we can get at any restaurant.  They are SO good!

Tonight we’re planning on eating leftover fajitas and making them into fajita bowls with brown rice and then we’ll use the leftover brown rice tomorrow when we make salmon with sautéed spinach!
