“Infuse Your Mood ™ is painstakingly made by carefully selecting and picking young leaves of eleuthero trees. The young leaves contain the highest concentrations of the required constituents, and the tea’s refreshing taste reinvigorates one in both body and mind.  Infuse Your Mood ™ is an invigorating tea and is good as a morning wake-up at any time of the day. This delicious blend of wild eleuthero leaves provides all the vigor of the eleuthero leaf in a mild and delicious green tea and it’s caffeine and calorie free!”

A while back, I was contacted by Nicole form Sun Chlorella to review their Infuse You Mood Tea.  I receive a box of 20 tea bags for free in exchange for my honest review.  I jumped at the chance as I love a good cup of tea and what an added bonus if it improves my mood.  Plus, it was caffeine free!

The company claims the tea’s benefits include:

  • Enhances inner calm and focus
  • Heightens senses of well-being
  • Improves concentration and memory
  • Provides a renewed sense of peace and tranquility
  • Maintains physical endurance

The tea contains Eleuthero which is “a herb that is proven to give one’s body a natural boost, decrease stress and it supports your body’s fight against the ill-effects of modern living – without the dangerous side effects.”

Before trying the tea I did my own research on Eleuthero, as I had never heard of it.  I found a great website, which talks all about the pros and cons of Eleuthero and I decided that having the herb every now and again in small doses was safe (please do your own research to conclude for yourself if you feel comfortable taking Eleuthero).  I also found that pregnant and breast feeding women should stay away from it.  Since I’m still breast feeding I just had one cup and will use the rest of the tea once I’m finished in January.

After a stressful day, my husband and I decided to try the tea to see what type of calming effect it had on us, if any.

We followed the package instructions and let the tea steep for about 3 minutes before removing the tea bag.  The tea was light green-yellow and smelled really pleasant.  My first sip of the tea I really didn’t have any reaction.  As I drank my cup of tea I realized what a nice mellow flavor it had.  I would describe it as an earthy flavor, it was like a green tea but milder.

After the tea I was pretty relaxed.  I can’t say if it was from the stress relieving and calming benefits of the tea or just having my stomach filled with nice warm tea.  My husband also found the tea to be relaxing.  We both also agreed that the tea didn’t leave a funny aftertaste in our mouth’s that some teas often leave.

I definitely am curious to see how the tea can support physical endurance as I didn’t see any difference in my workout after drinking the tea.  All in all I thought this was a good product.  I felt happy and more calm after drinking it.  Like I mentioned above after doing my research on Eleuthero, I feel comfortable having this tea every now and again.  I can see how this tea will come in handy on those stressful days where nothing seems to be going how I planned it.

If you are interested in trying the tea out for yourself to reaps one of it’s many benefits, you can order it at Sun Chlorella’s online store.   They have it priced at $7.61 for 20 tea bags.  I had fun browsing their website and reading up on other products they have as well.

Chlorella is furthermore considered to encourage normal bowel motion and puts its purifying action around the liver organ and renal system. It really is thought to be successful in opposition to anemia, simply by revitalizing the output of red blood cells. It helps with the transfer of oxygen in the entire body and also to the brain. I am so impressed to website content if you want more details visit my website.
