Intervals and Arms Workout

Finally!

I meant to post this a week and a half ago!  Whoa!

Anyways if you are lacking motivation to get active and go workout this weekend, try out this workout!  I’ve done it for about three weeks and have shredded my arms every workout!  They are always super sore for at least two days!

*Remember to consult with your doctor before trying a new exercise routine or program and ask a trainer for help if you have questions on any of the workouts*

With that being said, I’m off to the gym to go tackle this workout myself!  I also usually only do each circuit three times because of time but feel free to do them up to five times!

Let me know if any of you try this out and I hope you get as sore as I do!  Winking smile
