Workout of the Week: Quick Full Body Circuits

10 Oct

Hey guys!  I’ve been super busy lately and have had to adjust my workout routine a bit.  I’ve gone from a split to full body workouts while in the gym.  I’ve been having a lot of fun with this routine as I’ve been working out with splits for a while now so it had been fun to change things up.

*Remember to consult with your doctor before trying a new workout routine out, and always ask a trainer for help if you need help with any of the exercises.*

Happy moving!  Smile

Full Body Circuits Workout

Well, I’m off to the gym to go do this workout!  If you try it out, let me know what you think about it.  Also, remember to use weights where you can really feel the exercises and movements you’re doing.  No point in lifting weights if you can’t feel your muscles burning!  Smile

***Remember abs are made in the kitchen so make sure you are eating a healthy balanced diet along with working out to see results the quickest!  Smile

Hey! Love your blog! I actually had a quick question about maternity fashion. Where were your favorite places to shop when pregnant? Did you wear all maternity? I’m 9 weeks And my current jeans are getting uncomfortable. I’m excited to get a bump and not just bloat. Any tips? You always looked so cute and put together!

Hi Katie! How are you? You have a son that is just a bit younger than Cameryn, right? A HUGE congrats on your pregnancy! What an exciting time!

I only had a few actual maternity items, I had three shirts (two bought at Macy’s and one from Old Navy) and then two pairs of maternity jeans (from Macy’s) and one pair of black leggings from Old Navy (I bought them too big so I never wore them). I did however LOVE these tunic tanks from Hot Mama and wore them all the time! They grew with my belly! I also picked up about 5 sweaters from the same store mostly cardigans so they would grow with my belly as well. This way I was able to wear them after pregnancy as well since they weren’t maternity!

      I hope this helps! : )

Thanks so much! We are doing great and hudson is so much fun. This pregnancy was a big surprise but we are super excited.
I didn’t get very big with my son and wore the belly band a ton. This time I have a feeling will be way different. I already feel so pregnant!

Your little girl is so cute. Thanks for the tips!
